Team Bios
Pete Emidy
President
With a background in the coordination and supervision of commercial and high-rise projects for clients such as WCI Communities, The Bonita Bay Group, Collier Enterprises and West Bay Development. Pete brings a wealth of construction contracting knowledge to EECON.
As a licensed general contractor, Pete is responsible for coordination of all pre-construction activities including but not limited to civil, architectural, structural and MEP design as well as permitting coordination. He develops schematic, design development and contracts budgets for each project while handling contract management for all subcontractors on his projects.
Pete has twenty years experience in pre-construction and construction management. He has developed working relationships with several developers, design professionals and business people in the area and continues to enjoy relationships with these colleagues today.
He acquired his general contractor’s license in 2002 (State of Florida CGC 1506758).
Chris Eichhorn
Vice President of Construction
Utilizing his strong background in on-site coordination, Chris is responsible for overseeing all field operations activities for each project. He develops detailed construction schedules and coordinates site logistics. He is also responsible for the company safety program, field quality control program, punch-out and warranty services.
Chris has over 25 years experience in coordinating construction field operations. He has held management level positions on numerous commercial and multi-family high-rise projects in the south Florida construction market.
Chris’ ability to identify potential problems before they occur and communicate with all team members makes him an invaluable resource for EECON and our clients.
Sherie Green
Office Manager
With over fifteen years experience in office administration, Sherie oversees all aspects of office management including but not limited to AP / AR, payroll, subcontract management, subcontractor insurance tracking, lien waiver tracking, bid coordination, permit tracking and office supplies and equipment.
Her focus on details, efficiency and positive attitude further embodies her dedication to EECON its clients and vendors.
